Do I need to bring photo identification?
Officials at each match may ask for photographic ID as proof of age along with presentation of a valid ticket.

There are several car parks available which are all served by the free shuttle bus service. Car parks are located at Elfiield Park (MK Bowl) and in central MK at the Theatre District multi-storey. The car parks open three hours before kick-off on matchdays and close three hours after the final whistle.

Other car parks
If you haven’t prepaid for parking you can park in central MK and use the free shuttle bus service to the stadium and Fanzone. Parking in central MK will operate as usual, Standard (purple) bays are 50p per hour and Premium (Red) bays are £1.40 per hour. Parking in all bays is free after 6pm. You can park here and use the free shuttle bus service to the stadium. There are several shuttle bus stops in the city centre which are:

Service N1
Stop 1 – Elder Gate – o/s old bus station
Stop 2 – Midsummer Boulevard o/s Acorn House

Service N2
Stop 1 – Silbury Boulevard next to Cricket Green Roundabout – Campbell Park
Stop 2 – Midsummer Boulevard Westbound – o/s Milton Keynes Theatre

Are there any Park n Ride routes?
For Park n Ride routes, please visit www.rugbyworldcup.com/travel The coachway Park n Ride is not included in the RWC2015 ParknRide areas.

Are there any Park and Cycle routes?
There are a number of cycle racks at Milton Keynes Central Station or you can cycle direct to the stadium where a number of cycle racks are available. Visit www.rugbyworldcup.com/travel for more information.

Is there disabled parking for RWC2015 matches?
If you are a Blue Badge holder you can book disabled parking through England Rugby 2015.
Information is sent out with match tickets. Alternatively you can email bbparking@england2015.com

Is there disabled parking for the Fanzone and other central MK events?
Disabled bays are clearly marked around the city centre and in the multi-storey car parks.

Is there a route planner for travel to the RWC matches?
Yes, visit journeyplanner.rugbyworldcup.com

Can I pay to park at the stadium?
No – there is no parking allocated at the stadium unless you are a Blue Badge holder (which needs to be pre-booked through England Rugby 2015). You can book a parking space at one of the special parking areas through www.ticketmonkey.eu
There is ample parking in these areas.

When are the road closures coming into place?
The road closures will begin around 3pm for weekday matches and from 9am for the Saturday match. This may be earlier if there is an incident affecting the area such as a road traffic collision for example. Dawson Road closure will be in effect from midnight to midnight on matchdays.

How do I get to the MK1 Shopping Park, restaurants and cinema?
Access to the MK1 area (Primark, River Island, Odeon etc.) will be via the V7 Grafton Street entrance. Clear signage will be in place showing direction to: Retail, MK1, Leisure, Cinema or Stadium.

How do I get access to ASDA/Ikea or DW Gym?
Access to ASDA, Ikea and DW Gym is via the H10 Bletcham Way entrance. Access to Ikea, ASDA and DW Gym will be through the H10 Bletcham Way entrance. DW Gym access for customer and staff is through the barrier between ASDA and DW. The barrier will be staffed.

TAXIS AND BUSES
Is there and drop-off and pick-up area?
The drop-off area for taxis is on Clarke Road, Mount Farm. There are no pick-up and drop-off areas for other vehicles. Taxis do not have access to Stadium MK during RWC matches. The shuttle buses for ticket holders will pick-up and drop-off at:

Service N1
Stop 1 – Elder Gate – o/s old bus station
Stop 2 – Midsummer Boulevard o/s Acorn House

Service N2
Stop 1 – Silbury Boulevard next to Cricket Green Roundabout – Campbell Park
Stop 2 – Midsummer Boulevard Westbound - o/s Milton Keynes Theatre

Where do coaches park?
Coach parking can be booked for the Bowl at a cost of £25 per space by clicking here! There is no coach parking at the stadium.

Will buses be running as normal?
Yes, although any stops which are on a closed road will be diverted. Information is advertised on Milton Keynes Council’s Bus Information web page under the Bus Disruptions section, on any bus stops affected and in bus shelters. All shuttle buses are suitable for disabled passengers.

Will the road diversions/closures affect normal bus times and routes?
Some stops may be diverted to a nearby alternative location – details are published in bus shelters and buses.

Do I need a ticket to get on the shuttle bus?
No – the shuttle buses are free to use.

Are there any discounts for RWC2015 ticket holders to travel to matches?
There are free shuttle buses to and from the stadium, however, you will need to prepay for the specific Park n Ride or Park n Walk parking by clicking here!

If you are parking in the city centre you will need to pay and display. Parking is free after 6pm in any parking space.

Where is the coach park? Are there any shuttle buses?
Coach parking is £25 and can be booked for the Bowl by clicking here!
Shuttle buses will run from outside the Buszby to the right of the Milton Keynes Central Railway Station, volunteers will be on hand for advice and to give directions.

Where are the shuttle bus stops?
Shuttle buses will run between Campbell Park, Midsummer Boulevard, the Buszy (old bus station), all the Park n Ride car parks and the Stadium. The locations are as follows:

Service N1 to Stadium: Buszy and Acorn House (Midsummer Boulevard)

Service N2 to Stadium: Cricket Green roundabout (Silbury Boulevard) and Margaret Powell Square outside Milton Keynes Theatre (Midsummer Boulevard)

Fanzone shuttle: Buszy

How will I know which are the RWC2015 shuttle buses?
Clear signage will be in place to show where the shuttle bus stops are and the buses will also have signs in them to say they are RWC2015 shuttle bus service.

What times are the shuttle buses running?
The shuttle buses will operate three hours before kick-off and will continue to run three hours after the final whistle.

Where can caravans/campers go?
You can park overnight at Emberton Park near Olney (charges apply) or visit www.lovemkrugby.co.uk and look at the ‘Where to Stay’ section. There is no overnight parking in the Park n Ride areas.

Where is the taxi drop-off?
On a RWC2015 matchday private hire vehicles will be directed to drop-off and pick-up on Clarke Road, Mount Farm.
