Robbo pleased to re-sign Rob

27 March 2015

Karl Robinson has swooped to secure the services of pacy forward Rob Hall on loan – just as he did three years ago this month.

Hall, who made two appearances for the Dons during the 2011/12 season, returns to stadiummk for the remainder of this current campaign and boss Robinson believes the 21-year-old is now a much more polished prospect.

“Last time Rob was here he looked exciting and showed glimpses of what he can do but it was maybe too soon for both parties,” Robinson told mkdons.com.

“It’s been three years since then and he now brings more physicality, excitement, electric pace - he's left footed too.

“With Rob on board we now have players who can play in a number of different positions, which will be vital heading into a very busy period for us between now and the end of the season.”

He continued: “I'd like to thank Neil Lennon and Bolton Wanderers for allowing this to deal to happen and giving us the chance to work with Rob once again.”

The Dons would like to remind supporters that there is no fixture this weekend due to international call-ups.

Karl Robinson's men were originally schedueled to face Doncaster Rovers but the match was postponed after Ben Reeves, Lee Hodson and Will Grigg were selected by Northern Ireland.
