The Dons travel to Ashton Gate today to face a Bristol City side they were promoted from League 1 with last season.
Karl Robinson’s men will be eager to go into two-week lay-off on the back of a victory, as they look to turn their recent positive performances - ones which saw them outplay the likes of Burnley, Leeds United and Derby County - into results.
THE OPPOSITION
Bristol City sit bottom of the Championship table heading into today's match, having won just once this season.
That victory – a 1-0 success over Middlesbrough - came away from Ashton Gate and it’s on the road where the Robins have picked up the majority of their points so far in 2015/16, five of their six to be precise.
Their away results have been impressive, however, with that triumph at the Riverside Stadium a standout result alongside a 2-2 draw with promotion-contenders Ipswich Town and Leeds United.

The Dons are still without the likes of Darren Potter, Matt Upson and Dale Jennings through injury, while Samir Carruthers serves the final game of three-match suspension.
Cody Cropper (knee), Joe Walsh (knee) and Mark Randall (pelvis) are long-term absentees and also won’t be available.
Bristol City, meanwhile, will assess Korey Smith (groin) ahead of the game.
Scott Wagstaff is also a doubt with a calf problem, while Liam Moore is sidelined after undergoing a double hernia operation.
Goalkeeper Ben Hamer has, though, returned to Ashton Gate after receiving treatment at parent club Leicester City.
