Daniel Powell is hoping the Dons can repeat the success they enjoyed over Wolverhampton Wanderers on their last visit to Molineux.
“We went there a couple of seasons ago and got a decent result,” Powell said ahead of Saturday’s trip to the West Midlands. "We’ll be going there with a game plan and hopefully we can get another positive result.
“We’re playing well at the moment, especially in the last game. If we can keep on these performances then I’m sure the results will turn.
“We haven’t scored as much as we would have liked to this season but as soon as one goes in then hopefully we’ll get the ball rolling and more will follow.”
Powell was speaking at a Kick it Out anti-discrimination workshop at St. Monica’s Catholic Primary School in Milton Keynes.
The 24-year-old is a ‘Next 20’ Ambassador and was at the event to answer questions alongside Kick It Out’s Professional Players Engagement Manager Paul Mortimer.
“These sessions are very useful and I just wish they were around when I was growing up at school. Every time I come to these events I’m learning new things - I’m learning just as much as the kids.
He continued: “It’s an honour to represent Kick it Out as one of their Next 20 ambassadors. They are such an important organisation, providing the next generation of kids with the right information to try and eradicate discrimination.”
Tickets for Saturday's trip to Wolves are priced at £28 adults and £12 under-17s while travel is available for £15 adults and £14 all other supporters.
