The players were really put through their paces during a testing two-hour session in the Portugal heat on Tuesday.
Over 125km was covered by the players at a high level of intensity and 65 litres of water drunk so there downtime in the afternoon was a well-earned rest.

Day 3 will be another tough one with the session starting at 10am at a nearby complex to the team’s base in Almancil.
