The Dons were once again put through their paces with a triple session on Sunday.
This was followed by breakfast and then a gruelling two-hour session on the grass, which saw the players undergo a series of tough drills.
Lunch was taken around 2pm before the squad’s physical activity for the day was wrapped up at 5pm after a gym session.
This will be repeated on Monday prior to the players enjoying a recovery day on Tuesday.
