Dons help mark Leo's Appeal anniversary

12 September 2014

Members of the Club's management and playing staff paid a visit to the children's ward at Milton Keynes Hospital on Thursday to celebrate the anniversary of its charity - Leo's Appeal.

Head of Coaching Richie Barker, Goalkeeping Coach Paul Heald and players Charlie Burns, Kyle McFadzean, Daniel Powell and Giorgio Rasulo met and handed gifts to the likes of Scott and Rhian, who are pictured.

Leo’s Appeal is raising funds to redevelop areas on the children’s ward at MK Hospital and enhance facilities for parents and carers. Each year, the hospital sees around 36,000 babies and children aged up to 16 years, so the work done by Leo’s Appeal will have a significant impact in the local community.

You can help raise money and grab an exclusive pair of signed boots in the process - find out more by clicking here.
