Ability Counts Big Day v PNE!

6 March 2015

MK Dons’ clash against Preston North End this coming Saturday has been designated to host the Club’s fifth Ability Counts Big Day.

The event aims to promote the Club’s facilities to current and new disabled supporters, as well as highlighting the fantastic achievements of the MK Dons Sport and Education Trust's disability teams and encourage new disabled players to 'Come and Try' taster sessions including not just football but also other sports.

Special prices are on offer to disabled supporters for this fixture with tickets available from £10 for adults and £3 for under-18s with a free carer ticket also available.

The game kicks off at 3pm and will see a half-time parade from MK Dons disability teams, along with a number of disabled Preston supporters, together with a video on the stadium's big screen showing how football can be enjoyed by all.

The disability teams will also be providing the guard of honour for the players pre-match with one lucky youngster walking out the matchball.

stadiummk is proud to boast some of the country’s best disabled facilities for football fans with specified disabled parking, fantastic access for wheelchair users, hearing and visually impaired facilities and a safe, secure environment for supporters to enjoy watching professional football.

Prior to the game, MK Dons SET will be running a series of demonstration games with their variety of teams from 10am until 12 noon at the Club’s training facility at Woughton-on-the-Green. If you would like to come and try one of these sessions, please contact Festus Olubayo on 01908 622937 for further information about what might suit you.
