The game will see a half-time parade from MK Dons disability teams and a number of disabled Blades supporters, together with a video on the stadium's big screen showing how football can be enjoyed by all.
The disability teams will also be providing the Guard of Honour for the players pre-match with one lucky youngster walking out the matchball.
Prior to the game, MK Dons SET will be running a series of demonstration games with their variety of teams from 10am until 1pm.
