Taking place on Wednesday 5th April, the day begins at 11.30am with the 18-hole tournament starting at 1pm.
The event will conclude with a two-course meal and award presentation at 6.30pm. There will be both team and individual prizes up for grabs.
Each team of three who enter will be joined by either an MK Dons player, a member of the first-team management or a celebrity.
Entry to the MK Dons Golf Classic is £395 + VAT. Price is based on a team of three and it includes guest player, gift and a photo.
There are also opportunities to sponsor one of the holes from £100 + VAT. Hole sponsorship includes banner production, logo placement in the event programme and placement on hole.
