MK Dons’ Sky Bet League One clash with Port Vale has been postponed.
Port Vale called a pitch inspection for 9am on Saturday morning due to concerns over the Vale Park surface following the snow fall and a drop in temperature across the country.
Dons boss Robbie Neilson was present for the inspection where a decision was made that the game couldn’t go ahead.
Robbie Neilson said: “We’re really disappointed the game wasn’t able to go ahead but that was out of our hands.
“Our attention now turns to next weekend’s clash with Northampton Town at Stadium MK."
Details of the re-arranged fixture will be announced in due course.
Tickets and travel purchased for the postponed match will be valid for the re-arranged fixture. Supporters who can’t make the re-arranged date are entitled to a full refund on both tickets and travel, up to 24 hours before that game.
