TICKETS All level-access disabled seating is in Row EE and is situated on the concourse level of the stadium in both home and away areas of the ground. A ticket may be provided at no additional charge for an accompanying carer, where applicable, subject to carer status.
PARKINGThere are over 200 parking spaces available specifically for disabled supporters. We have allocated 153 disabled seasonal parking permits to our season ticket holders. Parking is free of charge for Blue Badge holders.
SEATINGWHEELCHAIR USERSThere are dedicated spaces for 164 wheelchair users in the back row on concourse level in all areas of the stadium with an adjoining seat for a carer. The number of wheelchair spaces can be increased if necessary with the flexible seating system that is installed in the stadium.
There are a number of wheelchairs at the stadium for one-off use in emergencies. These are provided free of charge and can be booked by calling the Box Office on 01908 622900.AMBULANT DISABLEDThere is a minimum of 145 seats available for those disabled supporters requiring level access in the back row on the concourse level.
HEARING IMPAIREDAn induction loop is available for the hearing impaired supporters inside the stadium. Hearing aids should be turned to the ‘T’ position.
VISUALLY IMPAIREDThe Soccer Sight commentary system is available for use by visually impaired supporters within the stadium, and headsets should be booked by contacting the Box Office on 01908 622900. There are a limited number of headsets available on this system so they will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. The commentary is kindly provided by specially-trained commentators from the Milton Keynes Hospital Radio team. This facility is provided free of charge.
CATERING
All concessions points inside the stadium have wheelchair friendly counter areas.
TOILETS
There are numerous dedicated disabled toilet facilities around the concourse.
AWAY SUPPORTERSAway supporters have access to all the same facilities as the home fans including four dedicated disabled toilets, wheelchair friendly counter areas along with the same seating and parking arrangements.
Away supporters can only book wheelchair tickets through us on 01908 622900 but ambulant disabled tickets can be purchased through their own club.
